Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We review the notice — We verify that the notice is complete and appears valid
- We disable access — If the notice is credible, we promptly disable access to the reported content
- We notify the uploader — We inform the user who uploaded the content about the complaint and provide counter-notice instructions
- We preserve records — We maintain a record of the notice, actions taken, and communications for legal compliance

Send counter-notices to dmca@jeffreys-skills.md
Timeline
- Initial review — We review notices promptly, typically within 1-2 business days
- Content removal — If valid, content is disabled within 24 hours of verification
- Counter-notice response — If a counter-notice is received, we forward it to the complainant who has 10-14 business days to file a court action before we may restore the content
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. This may include termination after multiple valid DMCA notices or a single instance of willful, serious infringement.
Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Do not file false notices.
