Terms of Service

1. What You Get

Jeffrey's Skills.md is a subscription service that provides access to:

• The full library of Jeffrey's premium Claude Code skills
• The jsm command-line tool for skill management
• Personal cloud storage for your own skills
• All updates to existing skills and new skills as released

2. What You Pay

The subscription costs $20 per month, billed monthly. That's it.

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Access continues through the end of your current billing period
• Refunds: If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact support@jeffreys-skills.md and we'll work with you. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case.
• No annual plans, no discounts, no trials

3. Your Content

You may upload your own skills to the service for personal use or sharing with other subscribers.

• You retain ownership of skills you create and upload
• By uploading, you grant us a license to host and distribute your skills to other subscribers (if you enable sharing)
• You can disable sharing or delete your uploaded skills at any time
• You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not contain malware, illegal content, or infringe on others' rights

4. Our Content

Jeffrey's premium skills are proprietary copyrighted works.

• You may use them for personal and professional development work
• You may not redistribute them outside the service
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may not use automated tools to bulk download or scrape content

5. Account Rules

• One account per person
• You must authenticate via Google OAuth
• Keep your Google account secure; we rely on it for authentication
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that skills will work for every use case or environment
• We are not responsible for how you use the skills or the code they help generate
• Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the past 12 months

7. Disputes

If we have a disagreement:

• These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
