Runs multiple extractors at every step (PyMuPDF, pdfplumber, pdfminer.six, OCR), three vision APIs for figures, and closes the loop with round-trip compile-and-diff plus numeric preservation. The final human-review HTML is curated by the LLM, not by heuristics.
